1958 Transfers to design office, working as a technical drawer and a little later as a detail designer

1965 Appointed designer and group leader for permanent mould casting machines

1966 Extra-occupational degree course, becomes a member of the Association of German Engineers (VDI)

1970 Moves to Alfred Teves (ATE) general agency Kraney und Stolz KG, as head of the industrial hydraulics department

1972 Returns to Fries Sohn as head of European sales and deputy head of the casting machines department

1974 Founding of Ing. Dieter Breitenbach GmbH

Jens Breitenbach

Graduate in mechanical engineering at technical college

1983 Temporary work for company (technical drawing, IT and appliance production)

1987 Completes studies at Heinrich-Kleyer-Schule technical college in Frankfurt am Main

1987 Joins company, working part-time in the technical office while studying for his degree

1993 Qualifies as engineer from Darmstadt Technical University (Technische Hochschule Darmstadt); starts working for company full-time

1994 Becomes a company director

1994 Becomes co-owner of Ing. Dieter Breitenbach GmbH
